I have been going through old files and shredding them. However I find that I feel as though I have sand in my throat when I do this. I believe I am reacting to paper dust . I don t have many allergies but this happens each time I work around old papers. What is the best way to take care of this allergy if that is what is going on?
Hello,Iam of the opinion that you are suffering from dust allergy.Avoid going old files and newspapers.Use a face mask.Take an anti-allergic tab (Loratidine-5 mg) twice a day.You will feel better.
